Meaning of kaluskus

Nagpanguskus siya sa kakatul sa íyang úlu, He kept on scratching because his head itched so intensely. Nakakuskus (nakapanguskus) siya sa íyang úlu tungud sa kalisud sa prublíma, He scratched his head due to the difficulty of the problem.
